BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

Winter is right around the corner and that means our BASKETBALL season is almost here. Registration is open now so feel free to download the entry form and be sure to tell all your friends!

Mail-in registration will continue until Friday, November 25th.

  ***PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM***.   This is now a requirement to play youth sports.

After registration ends, we will place players on teams and assign coaches.  You will be contacted by the coach of your team about the time and place of the first practice.  We will practice during the month of December with games beginning the first of January.
